Our Six-Step Process

   We offer a fair, transparent appraisal for your stroller, pram, or carrier. Our valuations reflect current market demand, brand prestige, and the item’s condition, ensuring sellers get competitive prices and buyers know they secure genuine bargains.

2. Ship

   Once you accept our offer, we will send you a pre-paid box so that you can securely send your gear back to us.

3. Inspect

   On arrival at our Cheshire workshop, each item undergoes a comprehensive safety check. We examine the chassis, brakes, harnesses, buckles, wheels, and moving parts. Any item that fails to meet strict safety criteria is either repaired or, if beyond salvage, responsibly recycled.

4. Buy

   After passing inspection, we finalise the purchase and issue prompt payment. You never bear the cost of repairs; we only buy items we’re confident we can bring up to our exacting standards.

5. Clean

   Hygiene is crucial for little ones. We deep-clean fabrics using baby-safe, biodegradable detergents, steam-clean or launder liners, and sanitise all hard surfaces with non-toxic solutions. So each item looks, feels, and smells fresh.

6. Refurbish & Resell

   Finally, we replace worn or outdated parts—tyres, canopy clips, and padding—using genuine manufacturer replacements where possible. Metal surfaces are polished or retouched, and fabric components receive a gentle waterproof treatment. Each item is photographed in detail, graded (Excellent, Very Good, Good), and listed on our website with a transparent condition report.
